For all of my non-believers

Okay once upon a time I did have a weight problem and here is my proof. People who didn't know me then always say.. "Man, I can never picture you 75 lbs heavier" The truth of it is that I was a lot heavier and was never happy with myself. Just ask Justin, I would always say everday and all day "I'm fat, how can you like me" Well those words dug deeper and deeper day after day until finally Justin did the best thing and told me one day "Okay you're fat, do something about it"

After I did the hardest thing and put myself first, I did it. I went to weight watchers and they taught me how to live a healthy life. I can't say that I'm totally happy with the way I look now, but I think that is a problem with all women in general. I can say though that I'm a lot more positive. So I encourage all of my firends and family if you really want a change be sure and put yourself first. You wont regret it. :) Now for the pictures....

And because everyone always wants to know I was 200-210 when I was at my heaviest (Yes, I was at the end of my pregnancy )

Here is me at my skinniest 115. (yes, I did get carried away with the weight loss and lost too much. I was kinda kicked out of weight watchers until I got to my healthy weight)

Here is me last week at 140. Sometimes I think that I could lose 10 pounds but whatever. I keep telling myself that I will be pregnant one day and that I'll be getting bigger sooner so who cares? lol

Isn't it amazing how much we can learn about each other at Mother's Lunch? :) Having a husband's support makes all the difference, doesn't it? I lost about 40 pounds last year and couldn't have done it without Brandon's support. You look beautiful in every one of those pictures.

Jamie, I agree with the others that you look amazing in ALL the photos. BUt I also knows what it feels like to put on 75-80 lbs. You are an inspiration for losing that much. I will someday lose all the weight I have gained. The sad part was I had never even gotten pregnant, so I didn't have a good ;) reason to have that much weight put on. I was at 150 when i got married and the highest I got to was eeek-228! I have lost 30 since getting preg, but know that weight will come back! You rock girl!!

You really are adorable no matter what!! But having your outside match a little better to our insides always helps us feel better. We take it for granted that know how to eat and what to eat...WW is great and helping teach what's real! Awesome job!

Wow, that's impressive! I don't think you can count your "over-weightness" by what you weigh at 9 months pregnant, though. Silly girl.
I started my current pregnancy about 18lbs over what I normally weigh. It was sad, but it's working OK. I'm being way more careful this time around, plus it helps that all food sounds yucky to me...which has NEVER been my problem before. hee hee

You do look amazing. I'll never, ever weigh 115, but I like myself best between 135 and 140lbs. Think I'll get there again sometime? Mostly, the actual weight doesn't matter as long as you're fit and healthy.
