Hi Jamie,
I've been thinking about you a lot lately, and just wanted to let you know that you've been on my mind.
My husband and I just delivered our tiny baby girl, Nastassia Grace, on April 7th. I was just 16.5 weeks along, and we knew beforehand that we'd most likely lose our baby, we just didn't know when. We found out at 14 weeks that Nastassia had a cystic hygroma and other abnormalities indicative of a chromosomal disorder, but we didn't know which one. We found out last week that she had Down's Syndrome.
This trial has been extremely hard, and I know you know how we feel. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I have been thinking about you, and hope that you're doing okay. I know time will help heal our hearts, and I hope that it has helped heal yours.
