I'm so excited and grateful. My first kit has been up for sale for a week now and the creative part of my body has been itching to do another one... Although it's not all the way finished here is a page that I did with it.
I'm grateful that I'm starting to do something that I love and that I can do it from home.

Valentine Freebie
So I did it, I've decided to give it a try, I started up a side gig. My digital scrapbooking designs. To kick it off I thought a freebie would be nice and since Valentines day is creeping up on us I'd thought that I do a freebie that coordinates with heart day. Go to my design blog here to get it!
BTW I'll be giving away a few valentines so keep checking back!

Digital Scrapbooking Designer?
So I was surfing the net for some ideas on what to do for valentine pages and I didn't fall in love with anything... well a few i did, but i wasn't about to pay 10.00 for it... so i'm working on a little something myself. Justin thinks that I should sell the kit for a few bucks?
What do you think?
Here is my main element...
I have a ton of stuff for it? I'm just not sure about the whole starting up another blog with payment options. Ugh Decisions decisions.

Holidays with the Hamblins
So this might be the latest Christmas post ever, but oh-well at least I’m doing it now!
Our festivities start out at Justin's parents. We usually go wheeling sledding (pull a sled behind a four wheeler in the pasture)
Then it's decorating cookies for santa. Nothing like a good old sugar rush to get you through the night!
Then ah... the non wanted pajamas! LOL we told Beckham that he can open a present and he wasn't too happy about the pajamas from grandma.
Grandma had to make up for the unwanted pajamas by giving Beckham the worst possible toy! A recorder! I was tempted to accidently snap it in half.
Then we take a picture of the gang and head home to await the arrival of Santa!
After we were are all fast asleep Santa Came!
Beckham was still half asleep before he realized that it was Christmas!
Santa had a present that he wanted in the stocking! A green chick!
Then, you know us, family pictures
Do you like our pajamas? I made them! (minus the shirts, I'm not that crafty)
We then tempted to eat what appeared to be a gross casserole, but it was actually good. Really good in fact.
We had the traditional Monkey bread which was good eats.
Then off to the most dreadful present! Creepy crawlers. I seriously wish Justin didn't get it. We have to grow bugs everyday! I'm not kidding either... everyday!
Justin got a wii and a shotgun from santa!
I got a Kitchen aid stand mixer, food processor, a new ring, and a new picture of me and Justin! ahhh
After our Christmas morning dies down the parents (aka grandmas and grandpa) come over to see the loot! Justin also got a childhood favorite... Rockem' sockem' Him and his dad had a little tournament!
Then a few days later it's Christmas with my side of the family!
Beckham was really funny. After Christmas morning he came up to me and said "Mommy, I got all my presents but one, Santa forgot max and ruby" I then told him "Maybe santa told someone else to get it for you?" So here is his excited face that Santa didn't forget!
My mom got in trouble this year because she as always did too much. She got us a really nice set of pans, a grill, and a few wii games... just to name a few!
We always ride the trax to see temple square
It was so beautiful as always!
One scary thing though, Just was holding Beckham and our very expensive camera and fell flat on his back! I seriously thought that he was unconscious, Beckham was screaming his head off and I thought he broke his arm! But all in all just a good scare.
We always go to Hardware ranch too!
Just look at these beauties!
We also go sledding, to a movie, Christmas with my Dad, but i thought that I'd stop here because that's too many pictures! You get the idea though... lots of memories and good times!

FHE... aka Family Home Evening
I have a really hard time trying to come up with a FHE for our family every week, I'm getting tired of making cookies and treats.
Today I found the perfect gift for our family... An entire year of FHE activities already planned out for me to do and it's free... Can I get a Woot Woot?
Each lesson includes a suggested opening song, scripture, lesson content and activity idea. It's geared for Junior Primary age children (using strictly Behold Your Little Ones, Primary Manuals 1, 2 and 3 and the Friend Magazine as resources). There are 48 lessons and they correspond to the weekly themes of the 2010 Outline for Sharing Time and the CSMP.

2010 Goals~
Happy New Year!!!
So I usually always make new goals for the year and I always get disappointed when I don't make them so... this year it's going to be real and simple.
Here are my 10 goals for 2010:
1- Create a scrapbook page for each month of the year.
2- Every day, write something positive about my day. (Thanks for the idea April)
3- Write something about Beck and Justin each day.
4- Attend the Temple at least once a month.
5- Have a date with Justin each month
6- Lose 10 pounds
7- Design a digital scrapbook kit for Nora
8- Better service to others
9- Run a half Marathon
10-Try to get a baby
Number 9 might be pushing it! LOL
